INSIGNIA BANK ANNOUNCES BRANCHES IN MANATEE
AND SARASOTA COUNTIES
Sarasota, Fla. June 20, 2007— Insignia
Bank, a start-up community bank still in its first year of business,
announces two additional locations; one in Lakewood Ranch and another
in Sarasota County.
The Lakewood Ranch office will be located
at 6145 Exchange Way, just off of University Park Blvd. in front
of Publix. The other office is currently under construction at the
corner of Fruitville and Cattlemen Roads in what will be a Lowe’s
Home Improvement Center. The branches are subject to regulatory
approval. Insignia anticipates opening the Lakewood Ranch office
this August, and the Fruitville and Cattlemen location next summer.
“These additional locations will
provide enhanced convenience for our clients, supporting our claim
as “Your Wherever, Whenever Community Bank,” said Charles
G. Brown III, Chairman and CEO of Insignia Bank. “Insignia
Bank offers clients their choice of banking options, wherever they
may be, whether through our new state-of-the-art branches or from
the convenience of their home or office via internet banking and
online cash management.”
In addition to drive-in lanes and multi-lingual
ATMs, both branches will feature custom-designed lobbies equipped
with internet kiosks, self-service coin counters, children’s
areas focusing on financial education, and conference and meeting
rooms equipped with flat screen TVs.
Lawson Group Architects of Sarasota designed
the Fruitville and Cattlemen branch building.
Insignia Bank’s headquarters is
located at 333 North Orange Avenue at the corner of Fruitville Road
and North Orange. Its primary businesses include deposit services,
commercial real estate lending, and residential and commercial mortgages.
