INSIGNIA BANK OPENS FIRST BRANCH

Sarasota, Fla. July 30, 2007—Insignia Bank announces the opening of their first branch location at 6145 Exchange Way in the Lakewood Ranch community. The branch officially opens for business on Monday, August 6, 2007.

“Insignia Bank is pleased to open our first branch location,” said Charles G. Brown III, Chairman and CEO of Insignia Bank. “This is a unique branch that was custom tailored to our client’s lifestyle.” The branch design features a lobby with internet kiosk, a unique youth area that focuses on financial education and includes a wall mural designed by Ringling College of Art + Design senior Aaron Grigsby, a self-service coin counting machine, and a conference/meeting room equipped with flat-screen TV.

The Insignia Bank Lakewood Ranch office is managed by Linda Baker. Baker is a Vice-President with over 20 years banking experience, most recently as VP/Manager at CNL Bank in Sarasota. Baker is joined by Kris Phillips, assistant branch manager, Anna Driggers as Customer Service Representative, Ann L. Stevens as Senior Teller, and Susan Higney, Teller. All have extensive banking experience.
