INSIGNIA BANK ANNOUNCES 1st ANNIVERSARY AND LWR GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION Sarasota, Fla. October 10, 2007—Insignia Bank announces a community event to celebrate two milestones – the one year anniversary of the bank and the first branch. The celebration will be held on Friday, October 19, 2007, at the bank’s new Lakewood Ranch office. The community bank opened its doors on October 16, 2006, and recently opened their first branch in Lakewood Ranch in August.
