EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL BANKER JOINS INSIGNIA BANK

Sarasota, Fla. December 3, 2007— Insignia Bank announces the hiring of Jack Pilkington as Vice President, Commercial Lending Officer.

Pilkington is a commercial banker with over twenty-five years in the business. He received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida State University and also graduated from the Bank Administration Institute (“BAI”) at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. In addition to his professional duties, Pilkington is currently on the Board of the Kiwanis Club of Sarasota, and served as Treasurer for the Downtown Association of Sarasota.
