INSIGNIA BANK EMLOYEES BRIGHTEN THE HOLIDAYS
FOR LOCAL FAMILIES
Sarasota, Fla. December 20, 2007—
Thanks to the generosity of Insignia Bank employees, several local
families will have a brighter holiday season. The bank’s employees
overwhelmingly elected to spend their holiday gift fund to adopt
several local needy families. At a holiday tree-trimming party,
the employees and employee family members divided into teams and
set about shopping and wrapping gifts for each “adopted”
family member.
“Insignia Bank’s employees
really are a very special group of individuals,” said Charles
G. Brown III, Chairman and CEO of Insignia Bank. “In addition
to being talented financial professionals, they all passionately
believe that an important part of a community bank’s mission
is to give back as much as possible to the communities in which
we live, work and raise our families.”
Insignia Bank, a new local community
bank that opened last year, continues to take the “community”
part of their “community bank” name literally. Earlier
this year, several hundred lucky diners at the First Watch Restaurant
in Lakewood Ranch discovered a pleasant surprise on their guest
checks - their morning beverages were all provided compliments of
Insignia Bank.
This unannounced “random act of
kindness” was designed by Insignia Bank to increase awareness
of their first branch location. The branch office officially opened
for business at 6145 Exchange Way in the Lakewood Ranch community
in August.
Insignia Bank’s main office is
located at 333 North Orange Avenue at the corner of Fruitville Road
and North Orange Avenue in Sarasota, FL. A branch office is located
at 6145 Exchange Way in Lakewood Ranch. Its primary lines of business
include consumer and commercial deposit services, commercial real
estate lending, residential and commercial mortgages, and investment
banking.
