NEW ASSISTANT MANAGER AT INSIGNIA BANK, LAKEWOOD RANCH

Sarasota, Fla. September 18, 2008— Jana Adams-Antonelli has joined Insignia Bank as Assistant Branch Manager, Lakewood Ranch Office. Antonelli’s new responsibilities include business development, new accounts and retail operations.

Antonelli’s unique experience is consistent with Insignia’s unique approach to banking. She has a diverse financial services background with over ten years in banking, most recently with SunTrust Bank as a Financial Services Representative, yet she is also a “Certified Laughter Leader” with World Laughter Tour, Inc.

Antonelli’s financial experience spans the industry to include retail banking, trust investments and consumer credit cards, and she holds a Florida Mortgage Broker License.
