EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL BANKER JOINS INSIGNIA BANK

Sarasota, Fla. March 26, 2009—Insignia Bank announces the hiring of Rich Hopper as Vice President, Commercial and Commercial Real Estate Lender. He will be based out of Insignia Bank’s branch located at 5850 Fruitville Road, Sarasota, FL at the corner of Fruitville and Cattlemen Road.

Hopper is a commercial banker with 24 years in the business. He received his bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from Florida Southern College. In addition to his professional duties, locally Hopper has previously served on the Executive Board of The Players Theatre as Treasurer and the Board of The Sarasota Film Festival. Hopper has also been active in coaching various youth sports programs throughout the area.
