RESIDENTIAL LENDING EXECUTIVE JOINS INSIGNIA BANK

Sarasota, Fla. September 30, 2009— Insignia Bank announces the hiring of Laura Dorsey as Residential Lending Executive. She will be based out of Insignia Bank’s branch located at 5850 Fruitville Road, Sarasota, FL at the corner of Fruitville and Cattlemen Road.

Dorsey is a Residential Lending Executive with 25 years in the mortgage industry. In addition to her professional duties, Dorsey currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce and The American Cancer Society Sarasota/Desoto Unit. She was recipient of the “Affiliate Member of the Year” Award from the Women’s Council of Realtors and received the Venice Area Board of Realtors “Exceptional Service” Award.
