INSIGNIA BANK NAMES TRACY WOLFE, VICE PRESIDENT OF DEPOSIT SERVICES

Sarasota, Fla. January 20, 2010— Insignia Bank announces the promotion of Tracy Wolfe to Vice President of Deposit Services.

Tracy has 10 years of banking experience and has been with Insignia Bank since its opening in October 2006, having served as Assistant Branch Manager at the main office located at 333 North Orange Avenue. In addition to her management responsibilities at the bank’s downtown office Tracy will be responsible for business development of Deposit Services which include Consumer and Corporate Internet Banking, ACH Services, Remote Deposit Services, and CDARS® , to name a few.
